I founded Spirit Land Company as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.

Some of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. And some of the lots we buy are in urban neighborhoods, which many times come with a different set of challenges. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot or acreage, from the smallest to the biggest, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Meet James Ngo, Acquisitions Specialist

James  is a dedicated and skilled Acquisitions Manager at Spirit Land Company, bringing seven years of experience in real estate. With a strong background in acquisitions, relationship management, and financial analysis, he plays a key role in identifying and securing valuable land opportunities.

James is passionate about driving business growth through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and seamless deal execution. Known for his drive and keen attention to detail, he excels in navigating complex transactions and adapting strategic partnerships.
Outside of work, James enjoys traveling with his family and going on long motorcycle rides.

Spirit Land Company is based in Moore, OK. However, we are currently buying properties throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Nebraska, Texas, Missouri, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.
